We use the information we collect for the following purposes.
2.1 To provide and operate MUSIAC
We use information to create and manage user accounts, keep users signed in, display saved events, show event listings, venues and maps, provide location-based event discovery, respond to support requests, and maintain app security and reliability.
2.2 To personalise the user experience
We may use your saved events, location information, app activity and preferences to personalise what you see in MUSIAC, including event recommendations, nearby events, venue suggestions, category-based discovery, artist or genre suggestions, and personalised app content.

We do not sell your personal information. Where we work with event organisers, venues, sponsors or advertising partners, we may provide campaign reporting, performance insights or audience analytics in aggregated and de-identified form.
2.4 To help event providers improve their services
We may use aggregated and de-identified information to help event organisers, venues, artists, promoters and other partners understand audience interest and improve their services. This may include insights such as which areas have higher audience interest, which event categories are being viewed or saved, general audience demand by location or category, event discovery trends, campaign performance, and venue and event engagement patterns.
