The hotel has three banquet halls at Lellopitiya, outside Ratnapura, and all of them are called Cat's Eye. Each takes between 230 and 300 guests and comes rigged with moving head lights and projection, so a wedding does not need to bring its own. Rooms look out at the mountains, and the property has a garden and a sun terrace. Food comes from a main restaurant and two outlets called Curry Pot and Cafe 111. Ratnapura's international gem and jewellery exhibition opened here.
