About
The arena seats more than 5,000 over a sprung wooden floor of 35 by 40 metres, inside the Sugathadasa National Sports Complex. Netball and gymnastics are played in the main room, and large international musical shows come through as well. A badminton arena, squash courts, a gym and a table tennis hall sit alongside. The older outdoor stadium next door was finished in 1962.
